I put out an ambient EP on Kansas cassette label, Whatever Forever. You can check it out here. It is a donate/name yo price/ free release.  These kids put it out as a favor for the audio work I did for them, and because the album is a little on the weird side, and they like weird.  It has a little noise, a little harmony, and then a lot of noise. sqrt(ur mother) says "Bitches stop frontin'."

I made a music video for a track off of an ambient album that my friends over a Whatever Forever are putting out.  There is a digital version, and it is going out on a short run of cassettes.  Yes, Cassettes! Official release on Monday night with a potluck going away part for me .  It is an ambient album about my time in southern Spain.  I was pretty fucked up the whole time.  Video after the jump-

I made a song with this guy- and it is named after tripping rabbits

This guys is a drummer, and his name is fast hands.  He plays drums real good like.  I made this song with him.  He played drums, and then I took his drum tracks and made computer noises with it.  I called it Baby Rabbits Tripping on Morning Glory Seeds.

sqrt(ur mother) @ the Replay in Lawrence KS 12.22.09

The let me play a show in Lawrence! Can you believe that? I broke out a laptop, a XY midi controller, the old ass Oxygen 8 mk1, and the electronica kit I bought. The 12" being used for a cymbal trigger is a Jane Fonda Workout Record. I don't have good audio, just the camera mics, but here is a little sample. I will put the rest of the show up when I get them edited. (I have now added the other two parts of the set, part 3 has a good example of the drums).

I had a guy proposition me for some "classical feel" muzaks for an art/video project he has been working on. It was a random contact from a guy who bough Cloud Control.I wrote a prelude and a song . . . check them out here. I had some help on the drumz of the prelude, and if that person would like to claim association, they can do so in the comments. You all might find this amusing. Don't expect a sqrt track, this was a for hire deal and I kept it in the dudes constraints. He was really happy with these by the way.

Here is a little weird song- like thing I am posting per the request of beat huffer TWH. Damn, his track be hot. I have not done many full "compositions" lately (other than remixes). This is more like a 2 minute stream of consciousness. I am working on this deconstruction of a Bach Cello Suite (long story on the reasoning behind doing said piece) and I will post that if anyone wants to hear it (fair warning, it's goal is to be an artzy type noise track).
