John Boy and Billy was a terribly obnoxious morning show that started in Charlotte when I was a kid. I always made my dad play it on the radio on the way to school and I think I remember it being funny, prolly because it was terribly obnoxious. They're still on the air and Charlotte is still chock full of Larry the Cable Guy wannabes (and angsty David Cross wannabes who wish they would all just take their Taz and Tweety confederate flag memorabilia and move to South Carolina where they belong).
